September Roundup

πŸŒΏπŸŒΈπŸ’«

Flowering Reader,

We hope you and yours are doing well as we head into a new season (Fall in the Northern Hemisphere). πŸ‚

We've been a bit quiet for a few weeks, taking some much-needed downtime after a big push to get the upgraded FES Flower Essence Practitioner Certification program launched last month.

The course is now open for self-directed study and we're excited to meet our new cohort on September 13 when we begin live sessions. There's still time to join the program. Consider joining us!

At our core, we love building community and fostering connections with the plants and each other. Here's a roundup of our free public events and recordings:

Asking for help felt like admitting failure. Flower essence work moves in layers, and...

Research suggests that a significant amount of the anxiety people experience is linked to taking on responsibility for other people's emotions, behaviours, and needs. Poor boundaries don't just make life harder. They can be a direct source of anxiety. When Kathleen came across this, it was a turning point. "I'd spent years thinking something was just wrong with me. Once I realised...
