Common blocks to moving forward with your practice

Here are a few sentiments we've heard from those of you starting or trying to grow a professional practice:

⛔ Imposter Syndrome: "When I look at the expertise of other practitioners, I feel like I need to deepen my studies and learn more things before starting my business/working with clients."

⛔ Offering Overwhelm: "I've learned so many different modalities/related techniques, I don't know where to focus my energy, or how to combine them into offerings that make sense on paper."

⛔ Questioning Value/Undervaluing: "Is this a valid business model? I wonder if others will question paying for a consultation when they can just read a book. How do I explain it (and justify what I charge)?"

⛔ Languaging Difficulties: "How do I present what I do when people only want to know what's in it for them? How do I talk about what I do?"

Many of us struggle with these blocks, and it can feel even more challenging in the context of our little-known field of Flower Essence Therapy.

We've been there, and then some

These are all areas that Ruth, Kathleen, and Rochana have worked with while building our individual practices as well as mentoring others 1:1.

Ruth and Kathleen provide flower essence practitioner case mentoring in addition to flower essence consultation, and Rochana provides business brand consulting in addition to website design services (and flower essence consultation in the past).

This means that we've truly lived through it ourselves and helped others move through the uncertainty that comes with starting a new flower essence business practice.
