By letting the plants in, we receive the capacity to expand — even in times of overwhelm 🏵️✨

Dear Reader,

If you're feeling as overwhelmed as we are these days, we know that information overload can make it hard to focus and want to take on more things.

But what we've discovered is that when we learn about plants through attunement and sharing rather than just reading and watching media, our capacity for taking in new information increases!

By listening to the plants we feel a sense of relief, and the experience becomes healing and reorganizing. Their messages are so relevant for our times.

“I was ready to have that relationship go deeper with the flower essences…now I feel like they're friends, like they're living beings”

With this support from Nature, we’re excited to embark on a deep exploration of nine more Bach Flowers in our upcoming study 'experience' group.

We slow down to learn directly from the plants and the people who have long been using these essences with clients. The safe container of these live gatherings, with the spaciousness to go deep, has proven profoundly healing in its own right.

An Invitation

We invite you to join us for this highly fulfilling in-depth work and shared experience, taking you beyond formulaic guidelines. You can join this iteration of Bach Flowers in Contemporary Practice (Part Three) without completing Part One or Two — they can be done in any order.

While this course is mostly geared toward intermediate and advanced-level students, we welcome any beginners who are ready to go deep!

New Dates + Extended Early Bird

We rescheduled the start date to February 20th, so you have even more time to get the Early Bird price! Register by February 7th to save $30.

We hope you'll join us! Reply if you have any questions.

May the flowers be with you,

✨ Ruth, Kathleen, and Rochana

Dear Reader, Have you heard the call? Not just an interest in flower essences, but a deeper sense that there’s more to explore, understand, and offer through this work. For many, it begins with personal use—a flower essence that resonates or a shift that surprises you. Over time, something else starts to take shape: a desire to go further, to understand the plants more deeply, and to work with others in a way that feels both intuitive and grounded. This is where the path of the practitioner...

mariposa lily with text: Soul Alchemy for Emotional Wellness

Dear Reader, As we build up to the opening of this course, we’ve been looking into the deeper layers of emotional healing — the patterns formed early in life that continue to shape how we experience ourselves and others. In Soul Alchemy for Emotional Wellness, this work begins at the root: the emotional matrix that underlies our sense of safety, connection, and belonging. The experiential approach of this program, with several guided journeys illuminated by specific essence flowers, offers us...

mariposa lily with text: Soul Alchemy for Emotional Wellness

Dear Reader, When working with emotional challenges, it’s natural to focus on the feelings themselves — the anxiety, the grief, the disconnection. But in Flower Essence Therapy, we’re not only working with the surface expression of these states. We’re working with the underlying patterns that give rise to them. Each flower essence carries a specific energetic signature that resonates with particular emotional states — not to suppress or override them, but to gently repattern them from within....
