15 Fun & Creative Ideas for Using the Bach Remedies 🌼


While working on the Bach Flower Foundations course material, we thought it would be fun to list some creative ways these tried and true remedies can be used. The list keeps getting longer, but here's a taste!

15 Creative Ways to Use Bach Flowers

  1. Add Crab Apple to your skincare products for extra cleansing and self acceptance β€” you're perfect just the way you are.
  2. Add Larch to your breath spray for extra confidence before an in-person interview or giving a presentation (+ Mimulus for fear of speaking).
  3. Mist Elm over your head while looking at your TO DO list to help prioritize and delegate some tasks.
  4. Mist Holly in a shared space to keep the peace, especially when there has been arguments.
  5. Add Hornbeam to your morning tea or coffee when you need extra motivation for the days tasks and they feel like drudgery β€” especially on Monday morning.
  6. Drop Hornbeam in your facial mist or hydrosol for a wake up call, and refresh yourself throughout the day as needed.
  7. Add Mustard to a diffuser for the winter blues. Pair with an uplifting scent like orange, citrus or neroli.
  8. Drop Oak in a bath to enjoy much needed self care.
  9. Add Vervain to massage oil, especially for neck and shoulder tension. Pairs well with Lavender essential oil.
  10. Drop Vervain in Chamomile or Lavender tea for relaxing at the end of the day to de-stress.
  11. Add Walnut to a diffuser to help settle into a new house after moving in.
  12. Spray Walnut around your aura for setting boundaries and feeling protected.
  13. Drop Water Violet in a meditative bath and enjoy alone-time while feeling oneness with humanity.
  14. Spray White Chestnut around your head before bed to help the mind shut down for sleep.
  15. Add Wild Oat to a foot massage and to take your next step in the right direction.
