Over the past year, I’ve been researching inherited trauma, patriarchal stress, and the history of “witch” persecutions — and how these threads come together in what’s often called the Witch Wound.

But you don’t need to identify as a witch, practice witchcraft, or have a witch in your bloodline for this framework to be relevant.

I’m using the Witch Wound as a lens for exploring patterns that can still show up today around visibility, value, voice, desire, and power.

That exploration has become a new course:

A flower essence journey into the inherited patterns that affect our visibility, value, voice, desire, and power.

We’ll explore the history behind these patterns, how we might recognize them in ourselves, and flower essences, gem elixirs, and other vibrational allies that can support the process of reclamation.
