The 5 steps we'll cover on May 30 ๐ŸŒŸ

Dear Reader,

One of the questions we hear often about this kind of work is: where do I even start?

It's a fair question. For women who have spent years in patterns of over-giving, people-pleasing, and running on empty, the idea of changing feels enormous.

In the Reclaim Your Energy workshop on May 30th, Kathleen will walk us through a clear five-step process for working with these patterns using flower essences. Here's a preview:

Step 1: Stabilize and strengthen
We can't build new patterns from a place of overwhelm. The first step is always about creating some ground to stand on.

Step 2: Create space and clarity
When anxiety is running and shame is loud, the wisdom of our own hearts can't be heard. This step quiets the noise.

Step 3: See your patterns
Flower essences support what's called observer consciousness, the ability to step back slightly and see what's actually happening, with compassion rather than judgment.

Step 4: Build the courage to change
This is the turning point, when we begin to take small, supported steps toward something different. The essences here provide real spirit support for the moments that feel scary.

Step 5: Learn to communicate your needs
Nature has a great deal to teach us about expressing ourselves with both clarity and kindness. This final step is about finding your voice, for yourself and in relationship with others.

Each step has specific flower essences that support it. Kathleen will explore them on May 30th, with time for your questions.

We hope you'll join us.

Dear Reader, We'd like to share a story with you. When Susan first came to work with Kathleen, she described her life in a way that many of us would recognize. She was exhausted. She had a hard time saying no to anyone, at work, at home, with family. There was a low hum of anxiety that never quite switched off, a constant worry about whether she was doing enough, being enough. She didn't ask for help easily. Asking for help felt like admitting failure. Flower essence work moves in layers, and...

Dear Reader, There's a connection between anxiety and boundaries that doesn't get talked about nearly enough. Research suggests that a significant amount of the anxiety people experience is linked to taking on responsibility for other people's emotions, behaviours, and needs. Poor boundaries don't just make life harder. They can be a direct source of anxiety. When Kathleen came across this, it was a turning point. "I'd spent years thinking something was just wrong with me. Once I realised...
