Sovereign Ground: Early Bird ends tomorrow

Flowering Reader,

A quick reminder that Early Bird enrollment for Sovereign Ground ends tomorrow, October 16.

Over the past few weeks, I’ve shared some of the flower essence allies we’ll be working with—Golden Yarrow for visibility, Stone Circle for creating a protected container, and Buttercup for inherent worth.

But before the Early Bird period ends, I also want to name clearly what makes this course different.

Sovereign Ground is a flower essence course exploring patriarchal trauma, the Witch Wound, and the inherited and collective patterns that can shape our Visibility, Value, Voice, Desire, and Power.

We’ll look at the history of the witch persecutions not simply as something that happened long ago, but as a lens for recognizing patterns that can still show up around:

⚜️ Being seen
⚜️ Speaking openly
⚜️ Valuing ourselves
⚜️ Wanting and receiving
⚜️ Trusting our own knowledge and authority

And throughout the journey, we’ll work with flower essences, gem elixirs, and other vibrational allies for support, reflection, and reclamation.

Sovereign Ground opens October 22, followed by three live Zoom circles for discussion, Q&A, essence exploration, and integration on:

  • October 29
  • November 5
  • November 12

Your enrollment includes:

  • the complete self-paced course
  • transcripts and slides
  • the Sovereign Ground Essence Repertory
  • the Shadow Work with Flower Essences bonus
  • recordings of all live sessions
  • and unlimited access

If this particular intersection of flower essences, patriarchy, inherited patterns, and the Witch Wound has been calling to you, I’d love to have you join us!

Reader, do you ever notice how difficult it can be to simply stop? To rest without feeling like you should be doing something. To receive help without immediately needing to give something back. To finish something when it’s good enough, rather than perfecting it long past the point of improvement. Or to make a small mistake without letting it mean something negative about you. These patterns have been on my mind as I’ve been recording the Value pillar for Sovereign Ground. At the heart of...

Upcoming Live Chat 💬 Cultivating quiet power in a frenzied world As leaders and power structures continue grabbing money and power-over, amidst the aggressive noise of politics and media, we can be left feeling disempowered and resigned. In this month's live chat, let's talk about essences and practices that can help us access our inner authority and personal power — that inherent quiet force, resilience, and potential that originates within us. How can we remain firm, calm, and capable when...

circle of stones and essence bottle

Before I make a flower essence, I create a container. I call the directions, connect with spirit and the plant, and begin the work within a space that feels intentionally held. I’m bringing that same practice into Sovereign Ground. We’ll be looking at difficult history, inherited patterns, and the possibility of conscious change. And I don’t want to begin by asking us to push through patterns that may have been trying to protect us. I want to begin with support. The first ally I’m calling in...
