A place to learn, ask questions, and find your people

Dear Reader,

Something happens when people discover flower essences.

They start reading. They order a few remedies. They try them on themselves, maybe on a pet, maybe on a family member. They notice something: a shift, a softening, a question they can't quite answer. And then they want to know more.

Maybe you started with the Flower Essence Quickstart. Maybe you found your way into the Bach Flower Learning Program. Maybe you've just been quietly exploring on your own, without a map.

Wherever you are, the next question is usually the same: what now?

The path through flower essence study has natural stepping stones.

If you've completed the Quickstart, the 12 Essential Bach Flowers course is a beautiful next step. It's a closer look at twelve of the most widely used Bach remedies and how to work with them with more confidence.

If you've been working through the Bach Flower Learning Program, you might find yourself ready to explore a different dimension of this work: learning to make flower essences yourself, attuning to the plants directly, developing your own felt sense of how they work.

And at every point along the way, there's something that on-demand courses alone can't provide: a place to bring your questions. To say, I tried this and I'm not sure if I'm doing it right. To hear how others are working with the same remedies you're exploring. To find out that the thing you noticed, perhaps a subtle shift or unexpected response, makes complete sense to someone who's been doing this longer.

That's what the Essence Essentials Membership is for.

You get:

๐Ÿ’ž The Self Care Circle โ€” a monthly Zoom gathering facilitated by Kathleen and Rochana where you can bring your questions, share your experiences, and connect with others on the same path. This group welcomes all levels of experience.

๐ŸŒธ 12 Essential Bach Flowers โ€” a quick masterclass focused on essential Bach flowers for calming the nervous system, supporting mental wellness, and fortifying emotional courage.

๐ŸŒธ Making Flower Essences: Co-Creating with Nature โ€” a mini-course for those feeling called to go deeper into the making side of this work.

๐ŸŒธ The Membership Community forum โ€” a place to meet fellow travelers, where questions and answers have a home, and the conversation continues between sessions.

๐ŸŒธ The Flower Essence Quickstart and Bach Flower Learning Program are always free โ€” but now you'll have a community to explore them with.

You don't need to be an expert to belong here. You just need to be curious.

We started this school because we believe flower essence education should be plant-centric and person-oriented, going beyond the brand and the โ€œthis for thatโ€ approach. Learning about the essences is highly experiential, and we want you to be well-resourced and held in community while you explore their healing potential.

The Essence Essentials Membership is our way of making sure that wherever you are on this path, you have somewhere to go next.

We'd love to see you there.

Keep flowering,

Rochana, Kathleen, and Ruth

flowering honeysuckle

Hello there Reader, Someone seems disengaged from their life. Theyโ€™re distracted, daydreaming, not fully present. Clematis or Honeysuckle? On paper, the two can sound quite similar. Even the plants have something in common: both are scrambling, climbing types. But look more closely, and theyโ€™re moving in very different directions. ๐ŸŒฟ With Clematis, the person isnโ€™t fully here because theyโ€™reโ€ฆ somewhere else. Unfocused, floating, not quite bringing their full presence into physical reality. ๐ŸŒธ...
