A look inside the FES Practitioner Training 🌸

Dear Reader,

If you’ve been considering this practitioner training, you may be wondering what the experience actually looks like inside.

This is a hybrid program designed to support both depth and flexibility.

You’ll have access to a full self-paced course with structured modules and lessons, along with a series of live sessions where we gather to explore, ask questions, and integrate the material together. Recordings are available if you can’t attend live, and all materials remain accessible to you over time.

At the heart of the training are three interconnected areas of study:

1️⃣ The first is learning to understand the plants themselves 🌿

Through guided observation, imagery, and visual study, you begin to recognize each plant’s gesture, expression, color, and relationship to the elements. Referred to as the “Book of Nature,” this is a way of reading the language of plants directly.

2️⃣ The second is the MetaFlora approach to healing 🌸

Developed by the Flower Essence Society, this framework offers a structured way of understanding how flower essences relate to human experience, through eight archetypal levels that guide client work.

3️⃣ The third is learning how to apply this in practice

You’ll be guided in how to work with clients, structure sessions, and develop your own approach to formulation. There are opportunities for pair practice, along with ongoing support and discussion within the student community.

Throughout the training, the emphasis is on integration.

It’s so much more than just learning about flower essences. It’s developing a way of working that feels authentic, grounded, and your own.

If you’d like to see more, we’ve created a short video that walks through the training in detail.
